Victoria Neuville’s father is a pilot, as were both of her grandfathers. One grandfather worked in guidance and control during the Apollo program, and her great uncle was a World War II ace. Aviation was definitely in Victoria’s blood, so it didn’t surprise her family when she became a commercial pilot. Most recently in 2019, Victoria earned her seaplane rating and became a certified flight instructor. Victoria’s aviation dream has been full of twists and turns, but eventually led her to a career with Aviation Insurance Resources (AIR) in Frederick, Maryland. There, Victoria quickly worked her way up from being an administrative assistant to becoming a licensed agent. When not managing policies for clients, Victoria manages the company’s social media and advertising. In her spare time, she co-hosts the aviation podcast, “Stuck Mic AvCast,” and provides aviation outreach to children with her book series, “Turbo the Flying Dog.”
She stated that, “many of my clients I meet while I’m out flying or through my participation in aviation outreach before I become their insurance agent.”
