Carrie Marsh never expected to leave the mortgage industry and take on the field of aviation. But when she was looking for something new, her pilot Mother-in-Law pointed her in the direction of Aviation Insurance Resources (AIR). Ever since, Carrie has played an integral part in keeping the AIR office running smoothly.
A regular at the Frederick Municipal Airport, Carrie can often be found at her mother-in-law’s hangar along with her young son, Jude. Her favorite flight was in a King Air during sunset because her son was elated to fly in a larger aircraft. She’s convinced Jude will become a pilot someday due to the constant exposure and his many flights in his Grandmother’s Cessna 182. The airport has become his second home on weekends.
You can find Carrie’s name on many correspondence at AIR. She is quick to help with customer service and is the name behind routine requests for updated hours for policy renewals, invoices, and policy forwarding. Thanks to the comradery at AIR, Carrie enjoys her career in an industry that was once so new to her. Her best piece of advice she’s learned through her work? “No question is a dumb question-You should know how your insurance works and what’s covered.”
